CLUB MEMBERSHIP



Club membership is open to anyone over the age of 10 years who has an interest in training a dog and taking part in dog-related activities.
Junior members (part of a family membership) must have parent/guardian supervision and have reasonable control of their dogs.

It is essential that all dog handlers who use the club grounds for training are current financial members of the club.

Remember to bring your dog's vaccination certificate to the first night of training.

** PUPPY SCHOOL, COMPANION 1 (Beginners) and FLYBALL course fees include membership.  You do not need to complete the form below.

Double /Family                    $  30.00 includes two junior members (10-16 years)

    By submitting this electronic application I/we hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the PINE RIVERS DOG TRAINING CLUB Inc.  A copy of the Club's Constitution will be provided upon request from the Secretary.  I/we also declare that our dog/s vaccinations/titre tests are current at the date of membership renewal.

    The club’s Public Liability insurance is provided under an umbrella policy of Dogs Queensland.  Further information may be obtained from the     Dogs Qld website.
