Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Pine Rivers Dog Training Club Inc will be held as follows:

Date: Wednesday, 28 January 2026
Time: 6.45pm for 7 pm start
Venue: Wyruna Room Pine Rivers Show Grounds.

Nominations are invited for the following positions:

Office bearers
President
Vice-President
Secretary
Treasurer

Other management committee positions
Trial Secretary
Committee members (4)

Nominations may be submitted by requesting an electronic email form from the secretary (admin@pineriversdogtrainingclub.org) by 14 January 2026.

Under the constitution, to be eligible for election as an office bearer or hold a management committee position, submit a nomination or vote at the AGM, a person must be a current financial member and have been a financial member of the Pine Rivers Dog Training Club Inc and be a financial member of Dogs Queensland.    

In accordance with Section 47.1 (l) of the Constitution, Public Liability insurance with a limit of indemnity of $20,000.000 is provided under Dogs Queensland Policy No.80 0012723LCP.  Further information may be obtained from the Dogs Qld website https://www.dogsqueensland.org.au/media/55071/2025-cofc_canine-control-council-qld-_additional.pdf

If there are more than the required number of members nominated for any office, an election will be conducted.
